What I Do

Six Services, One Person, One Phone Number

Every one of them comes to you.

How a Call Usually Goes

Three Steps, and the First One Is Free

  1. You Call and Describe It

Tell me where you are, what you have in front of you and how soon you need it. If I can’t help, I will say so on the phone rather than drive out and bill you for the trip.

  2. I Give You a Real Number

Not a range off a table. The actual figure for your job, before I set off, so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.

  3. I Come to You and We Get it Done

Your house, your office, a hospital room, a care facility, a car park or the county jail. You don’t travel and you don’t wait in anybody’s lobby.

What It Costs

Florida fixes the notarial act itself. What changes is how far I drive, and every travel figure on this site is an average rather than a fixed rate.

$10

is the most a Florida notary may charge for any one notarial act, under section 117.05 of the Florida Statutes. That part isn’t mine to set.

Travel, witnesses and waiting time are separate. The jail is $125 flat, because the cost there’s the waiting rather than the driving. See the full travel table.

Not Sure Which One You Need?

Call and describe it. I’ll tell you, even if the answer is that you need a lawyer.
