General Notary Work

Mobile Notary Public, Volusia County

The everyday paperwork of a life: powers of attorney, titles, affidavits, consent forms, directives. I bring the notary to wherever you already are.

What I Notarize

  • Powers of attorney, durable and limited
  • Vehicle and vessel titles, bills of sale
  • Affidavits and sworn statements
  • Parental consent and travel consent forms
  • Advance directives, living wills and healthcare surrogate forms
  • School, employment and immigration paperwork
  • Deeds and property documents prepared by someone else
  • Trust and estate documents prepared by an attorney
I notarize. I don’t draft.

A notary isn’t a lawyer and I won’t pretend to be one.

If the document doesn’t exist yet, that’s work for an attorney. Bring me what you have and I will handle the notarization properly.

What I Don’t Do

A notary isn’t a lawyer, and I’ll not pretend to be one. If the document doesn’t exist yet, that’s work for an attorney. Bring me what you’ve and I will handle the notarization properly.

Everything I do is in person, face to face.

What to Have Ready

  • The document, complete but unsigned. Do not sign it before I arrive.
  • Current, valid, unexpired photo identification for every signer.
  • Every signer present. I can’t notarize for somebody who isn’t there.
  • Whether witnesses are needed, which are $30 each.

Where I’ll Meet You

Houses, offices, hospitals, rehab and assisted living, care homes, hospice, banks, car parks, restaurants, job sites, and the Volusia County Branch Jail. If you can be there, I can meet you there.

Got Something That Needs Notarising?
