What This Website Collects
Nothing. There is no contact form, no sign-up, no account and no database behind this website. It is a set of pages that describe the service and give you a phone number.
Calls and Text Messages
If you call me or text me, I have your number because you used it to contact me, and I use it to answer you and to do the work you asked about. That is the whole of it.
I do not run automated calling or automated texting, I do not add you to a list, and I will not contact you about anything other than the thing you got in touch about. If you would rather I did not keep your number once a job is finished, say so and I will delete it.
Cookies and Analytics
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party tracking pixels.
Sharing
I do not sell your information and I do not share it with anyone, with one obvious exception: if you ask me to do a job, the people involved in that job will necessarily know about it.
What I Keep as a Notary, and Why I Have To
Separately from this website, Florida requires a notary public to keep records of notarial acts. That is a legal obligation attached to the office and it is not something this privacy policy can waive. Those records are kept securely and are not used for marketing of any kind.
Your Choices
Email or call me and ask me to delete what I hold from a website enquiry, and I will. Notarial records required by Florida law are the exception and I will tell you plainly if that applies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
