Loan Signings Across Volusia County

NNA certified, background screened, and $100,000 in errors and omissions cover. The call I get most often is the one where somebody else didn’t turn up.

The Panic Call

A signing is booked. The borrower has taken the afternoon off. The package is sitting there and the assigned notary has cancelled, or simply hasn’t arrived and isn’t answering. Somebody at the title company now has forty minutes to fix it.

That call comes to me constantly and I’m built for it. One person, one phone, no dispatcher in between, and a car that’s already on the road.

What I Sign

  • Refinances
  • Purchases, buyer and seller sides
  • HELOCs
  • Sellers packages
  • Reverse mortgages

What a Clean Package Looks Like

Every signature and initial where it belongs, dates correct, the notarial certificates completed properly, identification verified and recorded in my journal, and the package back out the same day. Returns cost everybody money and they’re almost always avoidable.

$100,000

in errors and omissions cover, NNA certified and background screened, and listed in the National Notary Association signing agent directory.

Those are the three things a title company asks before it sends you a package, so they sit at the top of the page rather than buried in it.
